Expanding Our Vision

by HFCadmin ·

Imagination is a gift of incalculable value, if we get the most benefit. Moreover, our imagination is so powerful that people can literally become happy or unhappy. But of course, is not only the sporadic use of this gift that leads us to new levels of development, or we sink into despair. Unfortunately, the imagination is not one of those things that teach us to use at school. And it strikes me that is just for that reason that, consciously or unconsciously, we assume that the ability to imagine is determined.

What do I mean? We think that some have been blessed with this gift, while others do not, when in reality the development and strengthening of that gift is the result of the exercise. What we have before us. Now we have much work to do, because what we keep steadily before our "eyes" of the mind, is what becomes our "reality." This means not only have positive thoughts, is vigilant about what we allow staying in your head. If we imagine constantly unhappy, unsuccessful, with no chance, of course we will be so, but if instead of accommodating such ideas, we think that every problem is a new opportunity, that every obstacle is an opportunity for glory, that each Everyday is a new day to live happily, never resign ourselves to defeat (and we think all this constantly), then people will be happy, satisfied. The key word is "constantly", that is what makes the difference. Do we want to live a life without limits? The first thing to do is take our limits, expanding our vision to use the wonderful gift of creating our own future. But keep in mind that, according to Edward de Bono, "In general, the human brain is deficient in its vision of the future." So it's not enough to just want to have big dreams, we must learn to keep those dreams constantly before us.

Roberto Carballo says it even clearer: "Do not talk about a plan, but of a project, something that is more than achieving targets, but also allow us to introduce ourselves in a world of learning, research, knowledge, being, living, and this requires a horizon that we engage and value system that is consistent with our conception of the world and encourage us and give us belonging. " Taking the first step. Now we can take the first step, to imagine great things for our life and keep those dreams in our minds forever. We take the first step in making a clear balance of the cost of our project, and then continue unabated to the challenge. We take the first step, putting before us the example of others who have succeeded when all seemed lost, and seeing through the eyes of the imagination, the courage and tenacity that made possible the most unlikely projects that we witnessed, we can fill the same courage and tenacity to create our own projects. But again, take the first step depends only on you and me, what shall we do today? .
