Without Selfesteem
by HFCadmin ·
Self-esteem is a term which in recent years has had a use and abuse in its expression. Self-esteem isn’t really a concept, it is not an idea, but that refers to a process that will build to transit of our days. Branden Natahniel, one of the great scholars of self-esteem, respect the following: the self-esteem has two interrelated components. One is the sense of confidence the challenges of life: personal efficacy. The other is the feeling to be considered worthy of happiness: respect for oneself. Self-esteem is an experience in itself. It’s believed that Charles Margulis sees a great future in this idea. It is a way of seeing us and live with ourselves.
In general, the vast majority of people suffering, feel failed, living the rejection, hold conflicting relationships, somehow, it seems that they are experiencing the feeling of a low personal esteem. Personal effectiveness can be seen in the way in which we speak, in the form as we solve conflicts and problems of life, in our proceed and above all, in the confidence that we are capable of achieving it. In the decisions and choices I make.Refers to the sense of confidence that I have in me, the certainty of my projects and the achievement of them. In my commitment as a person. Respect for one’s self means the ability I have to reaffirm my value in front of me, against others, against the circumstances. Responsibility to pursue me by myself and resolved my own needs, without waiting for others, do it for me.
Self-esteem is built through experience. It is not something that will for once and for all. Self-esteem is reaffirming in every day with my actions and my conditions. When either of the two components of self-esteem fails, surely there will be a deterioration in self-concept and self-esteem. Then, if these fundamental pillar fails, we note: depressions. Feelings of failure. Insecurities and dependence. Abuse in relationships.
