The vote represents an historic triumph for Obama and the Democrats. The measure seeks to cover about 30 million Americans who currently lack health insurance. The House of Representatives on Monday approved the health reform in the U.S., which represents a historic victory of the president and the Democratic majority in Congress. The deciding vote came almost exactly at 22. Local 49 hours, when Congress passed by 219 votes in favor, three more than the 216 needed, and 212 against the bill had already received approval from the Senate in December. The measure, a goal that had eluded many presidents for a century, and only requires the signature of Obama to become law, something the White House has indicated it will not happen until Tuesday at least. Half an hour later, Congress approved the second part of the reform, a bill introducing a number of amendments to the reform to make it taste of House. </p>
<p>This second part now goes to the Senate, which plans to see her this week and could vote on it on Friday or Saturday, but in principle provide insurmountable obstacles to its approval. None of the 178 House Republicans voted for the measure. If you come across a type diet eat things &#8220;foreign&#8221; (alien, other countries, etc) or eating fats but not proteins &#8230;, or melon, watermelon &#8230; </p>
<p>etc etc etc &#8230; more forget about it. Another important point is that diets, like healthy eating in general, the basic diet should be complex carbohydrates ie pasta, rice, potatoes, cereals, bread and vegetables. This means that most of what we eat, these foods should be. Another important thing is to eat protein: meat, fish, eggs, low fat dairy and vegetables. Always devoid of visible fat or skin on your case. And finally, we must restrict the maximum fat oil, butter, cheese, whole milk, sausages (salami, etc), bakery products, sweets, coca-colas and other sugary drinks, snacks, nuts &#8230; </p>

<p>While health food stores are a great place to get whole grain breads, whole wheat crackers, reduced sugar items and more, they can also be a place where people might unknowingly purchase high calorie items.</p>
<p>The regular grocery store is usually an even better place to start if you’re just starting out with a healthy lifestyle.  Select fruits and vegetables with vibrant colors and with a variety of choices.  Remember to try to eat items from every color of the rainbow including red peppers, orange carrots, yellow peppers, green lettuce, blue and purple cabbage and more.</p>
<p>The health food store can certainly offer some great additions to your diet.  You might want to take someone with you who has shopped in this location a number of times and knows how to select truly healthy choices.  This will enable you to enjoy the selections at the health food store, but not to go over-board purchasing items there just for the sake of purchasing from the health food store.</p>
